Casting crane

Application: casting cranes are used to lift liquid metal in the harsh environment of high temperature and high dust. They are frequently used and have high working levels. They are mainly used to transfer molten iron from the converter feeding span to the converter, and to lift the molten iron from the refining span to the refining furnace, or hoist molten steel from the molten steel span to the continuous casting ladle platform.

Commonly used structural forms include double-beam and double-track, four-beam and four-track, and four-beam and six-track. The double-beam, double-track and four-beam and four-track forms are generally used for medium and large tonnage casting cranes, and the four-beam and six-track with double trolley forms are generally used for extra-large tonnage casting cranes.
