Intelligent Metallurgical loading cranes are mainly used for loading materials in the nickel-iron smelting and calcium carbide smelting industries, lifting and transporting special tanks for feeding. It has high working level and high degree of automation. It can realize unmanned operation and intelligent feeding. The entire loading process can be completed within the specified time according to the process requirements. Using the company's self-developed anti-sway technology, precise automatic positioning technology and special automatic hoisting equipment, the entire feeding process has been fully automated.

The crane mainly has the following characteristics/

1.The lifting mechanism and electrical control system adopt redundant design schemes to improve the safety and reliability of the crane;

2.Adopting new type of automatic hoisting equipment to realize the automatic hanging and unloading of the material tank;  

3.Adopting electric anti-sway technology and precise automatic positioning technology to reduce the swing amplitude of crane load, check hoisting position in real time, positioning accuracy ≤5mm;

4 Adopting computer monitoring system to carry out real-time safety monitoring of the crane in each working status.
