Compared with high-voltage filter compensation, the low-voltage short-network filter compensation device for submerged arc furnace can not only improve the power factor (meet the evaluation index of the power department), and because the compensation point is moved forward to the low-voltage side of the transformer, the reactive power consumption of the transformer and the short-circuit has been improved, the three-phase power balance can be adjusted, the voltage can be stabilized, and it has the obvious function of increasing production and saving electricity.
