Spiral welding pipe unit

The spiral welded pipe unit supplied by our company is at the leading level in China in terms of process and equipment technology. From the forming process, it is divided into two ways: external control forming and internal control forming; from the unit production process, it is divided into: continuous production rear swing type long unit with looper pit storage and flying welding car type forward swing type short unit. The steel pipes produced directly cover any size from 219mm to 3500mm, and the products meet the standards of API-5L, GB9711.1 and GB9711.2.

ERW spiral welded pipe unit can produce spiral steel pipe with diameter of 60mm～4000mm; thickness of 0.5～25.4mm; material up to X100. Product use: oil, natural gas, low pressure fluid transportation, structure, filtration, etc.
